The rooms at Hotel La Residenza are absolutely stunning. The ceramic floors with their hand-decorated patterns in shades of marine blue, yellow, and green create a unique and vibrant atmosphere. As a guest with disabilities, I felt right at home in these comfortable and well-equipped rooms, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Personally, I found the satellite TV in the room to be less enjoyable. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in it.

We liked the fact that we chose la residenza. While staying in this hotel, you can visit piazza tasso, just 1 mile away. A view of the sea from our window. The buffet breakfast catered for everyone:)))

Transfer with a waiting time of up to 1 hour. Confusion, delays.

We got such great value for our money at La Residenza. The room may have been a little outdated, but it was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Food for breakfast could have been better, maybe some more variety would have been nice. But overall, it was still a lovely stay.

My wife and I were extremely happy and impressed with the Hotel La Residenza. The price was incredibly reasonable for the quality. The rooms had everything you needed, fridge, tv, comfortable bed, very clean and a great buffet breakfast. The gardens were beautiful, as was the swimming pool and the view from the terrace over the bay. Couldnt have asked for a better hotel in our opinion.

The staff were very helpful and friendly in reception. The rooms were bright and large and well cared for.
The staff at breakfast were dour and not very attentive. The breakfast was appalling. In the home of coffee there was no fresh coffee (powdered coffee from a machine). With fruit in abundance in Italy, no fresh fruit (all fruit was from tins). We shared the main swimming pool of Parco de Principe which was excellent (La Residenza pool was closed). However the food at the Pool Bar was again very poor quality, very expensive and the staff unhelpful. The Hotel bar opened on only one afternoon during our stay even though it was advertised on the website. My brother-in-law was over booked on Fri 08 Jul and had to stay in a smaller Hotel even though he was only booked for 3 nights! Very disappointed over all.

The view from our garden room was absolutely magical, overlooking the garden and out to sea. The facilities at the connected 5-star hotel were incredible, with amazing views from the restaurant, bar, beach, and pool. The gardens and terrace overlooking the sea were stunning, and the location to the town was perfect. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The room, although simple and slightly outdated, was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
Parking was additional $$ and not clearly communicated at time of room/rate selection. My parking was an additional 15Euro. Bano needs facial wash cloth.

Rooms were a good size, cleaned everyday, even when we had a long lye in. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, good views over the coastling.
Breakfast wasn't 4* but was ok, with fresh pastries and reasonable coffee. No fresh fruit though.

The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the main attractions of the city. The pool and gardens were beautiful and well-maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The noise level at the hotel was unbearable, with thin walls that allowed every sound to be heard. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise from neighboring rooms and the echoing of doors slamming throughout the building.

Loved strolling through the garden, inhaling the intoxicating scent of citrus. The pool designed by Gio Ponti made me feel like royalty. The meals served on the terrace were delightful.
Oh, and let's not forget the charming surprise of a carbon monoxide detector and smoke detector in my room. How thoughtful!

La Risendenza is on a prperty which is also shard by 5star hotel parco dei principe. We were allowed access to this hotel which was postioned on a cliff on the water. We used the restaurant, bar, wellness spa&pool. View of the sorrento coast as we were served drinks on the terrazzo where magnificent!!!
This hotel is rated 4 star but was very basic&noisey at 5am each day due to bus tours. To use the beach there was a charge of 20euro each which is ridiculousally high, considering the most we had to pay elsewhere was half that. Sister hotel on property had free access to beach. When i booked i did not expect to pay for using the beach. Also the shower was mouldy

The hotel was relatively cheap for a 4* in the area. The room was fairly large and clean. Reasonable location. There was a vending machine on the corridor which sold the cheapest beer in the whole of Italy - 1 Euro a can! Large and very green and lush gardens. Could use the facilities of the 5* hotel next door which had an incredible view of the sea. It was slightly out of town so fairly quiet area. It was a fairly short walk from the main town and it was a beautiful walk, orange and lemon trees lined the way and if you turned right instead of straight on like reception told us you were right on the coast with a stunning view. There were a few bars and restaurants not far away. Our balcony looked out over the road but it was pleasant enough.
Unfortunately I don't think the hotel quite really lived up to its four stars. The room was clean and reasonably sized. However the Sky tv (a welcome bonus on arrival) didn't work after the first night which was annoying as there was a crucial boxing match I was planning to watch in the room, as it was on late during our last evening there. Reception rang our room after I'd complained, and said it was working but it wasn't so I had to go to the nearest pub that was showing the fight which was a 20 minute walk away - not ideal at 11pm when we had to be up at 5am to catch our flight. The hotel's pool was out of action for some reason, but to be fair we were allowed to use the one at the 5* hotel next door one which was much larger and had a view out over the sea so this wasn't a problem. The hotel could really do with a lick of paint on the outside but inside it was fine. Transfers to/from town and to/from the airport were silly prices I felt.
